- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Quite the experience. Before you get your taxes done they present a beautiful little statement that they promise to be friendly and pleasant... Or not. Not only was the lady rude from the beginning but she didn't seem to know answers to any tax questions. Before I made the appointment I asked the lady what I needed (since I work from home), she couldn't tell me, so when we didn't have all of the information the tax lady was very frustrated. By the end, she stated she must hold my w-2's ransom until I brought back the information she needed. I of course said no, they say its company policy, if I dont allow her to keep them, they refuse to do my taxes...I took my w-2s went to another company and got a higher refund quote and surprise, they said there is no reason to keep my w2.
