- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This bank has went above and beyond with any request or situation I have dealt with thus far. Arthur has been able to open the right accounts for me and my girlfriend to be successful and even helped waive reoccurring fees that I was not aware of on the account I was in and helped me avoid them in the future. He is very personable and receptive. I have also had a very positive experience with Adna who I think is the bank manager. She helped me work thru some unique circumstances to help me allocate money to a family member from thousands of miles away and did it with absolute grace.
